Cancellation & Refund Policy

No automatic renewals

Every FilmHQ plan is a one-time payment. Nothing is debited again unless you choose to buy another project or another Feature year, so there is no subscription to cancel.

Refunds

• Charged but not activated — if you were charged and your project or Feature year was not activated, we refund the full amount.
• Duplicate payment — a second charge for the same purchase is refunded in full.
• Within 7 days — if FilmHQ does not work for your production, ask within 7 days of payment and we will refund it.

After 7 days, payments for a project or a Feature year that has been activated are not refundable.

How to ask

Use the contact page with the email you paid from and the payment reference shown on your Billing page. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay, usually within 5–7 working days.

Paying from outside India

Refunds are made in Indian rupees, the currency you were charged in. Your bank converts them back at its own rate on the day, so the amount in your currency can differ slightly from what left your account, and international refunds can take a few extra working days to appear.
