Terms of Service
These terms apply to FilmHQ at filmhqofficial.in, wherever you use it from. FilmHQ is operated from India by Aishwarya Meshraam as a sole proprietor ("FilmHQ", "we"). By creating an account or paying for a plan you agree to them. If you use FilmHQ for a company, you confirm you can accept these terms for it.
The service
FilmHQ is production-management software for film, series, advertising and other productions: script breakdown, cast and crew, locations, budgeting, scheduling, call sheets, daily production reports and related tools. It is provided online, worldwide, and improves over time. You must be at least 18 to hold an account.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details private. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for the access you give your team. Tell us promptly through the contact page if you think your account has been misused.
Plans and payment
- Short — ₹2,500 plus 18% GST for one project.
- Feature — ₹24,999 plus 18% GST for one year, covering every project your company runs in that year. It does not renew automatically; you choose whether to buy another year.
- Studio — priced by agreement.
Prices are in Indian rupees (INR) and payments are taken by Razorpay. A plan is activated only after the payment is verified on our server. The prices on the pricing page when you pay are the prices that apply.
Paying from outside India. International cards and other methods Razorpay accepts can be used. You are charged in INR; your bank or card issuer converts it to your currency at its own rate and may add foreign-transaction fees, which FilmHQ does not control. Taxes are charged as Indian law requires on the date you pay. Any tax due in your own country on a purchase of software (for example a reverse-charge VAT or GST obligation for a business) is yours to account for.
Your content
Scripts, budgets, schedules and other material you put into FilmHQ remain yours. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the service for you. You must have the right to upload what you upload.
Acceptable use
Do not use FilmHQ to break the law of India or of the country you are in, to infringe anyone's rights, to upload malicious files, or to try to reach data that is not yours. We may suspend an account that does.
Availability and liability
We work to keep FilmHQ available and your data safe, and we keep backups, but we cannot promise the service will never be interrupted. Please keep your own copies of anything critical (FilmHQ lets you export budgets, schedules, call sheets and reports). To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Ending
You can stop using FilmHQ at any time. When a paid period ends without renewal, access to the paid features ends with it. You may ask us to delete your account and data through the contact page.
Changes, law and disputes
We may update these terms and will show the date of the latest version on this page; for a material change we will also tell account holders by email. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes go to the courts of India. If you are a consumer living outside India, you also keep any protections the consumer law of your own country gives you that cannot be excluded by agreement. Please contact us first — most problems are solved by a message.
